1. Simple recipe with no super hard to measure oils like cocoa butter or beeswax.
2. Always cooks well. I’ve never had it volcano, and it always clearly goes through the different phases of cooking.
3. It takes just over 1 and a half bottles of Shiner Bock for a batch. Meaning there’s half a bottle that has to be drunk. I mean, I can’t just let it go to waste, right.
