All measurements are taken when lying flat, so the total circumference is two times the amount. For example, if the arm hole is 11 inches flat, it’s a total of 22 inches in circumference.

Care:
Hand washing is preferred because the sleeves can be delicate. Most will withstand a cold, gentle cycle machine wash alone or with other delicate fabrics. Hang to dry. Low iron if needed, avoiding any print on your t-shirt.
